By the time people come to me, they usually know the old way isn’t going to get them where they want to go. They may be looking at EOS or another framework to help them grow, delegate, or get more of the business out of their head.

Sometimes that is part of the answer. But if the same patterns, and relationship dynamics keep repeating themselves inside every new structure, the issue is not just operational.

I look at three layers at once: the leader, the team, and the operations, because they are always reinforcing other.

You can change roles, meetings, and decision-making and still end up with the same tension in a new form.

You can coach the leader and still have a team culture or structure that keeps recreating the problem. If you want real change, you have to work with the whole system.

My background in social psychology, Internal Family Systems, and leadership work at Facebook and Microsoft lets me see the human and structural patterns that other approaches treat separately.
