1:1 Executive and Business Coaching

You’re in a bigger role or facing responsibilities your old patterns were not built for.

What got you here is not going to be enough for what comes next. More success is not going to come from white-knuckling it, second-guessing yourself, or dragging the same old patterns into every new challenge.

You want clearer judgment, stronger self-trust, and more control over how you lead.

You want to understand what drives you to jump in too fast, smooth things over, overprepare, overgive, prove, control, or shut down.

You want to work with your mind instead of against it. And you want a way of leading that feels more like you, not less.

That’s the work we do together. My coaching focuses on four dimensions of leadership and growth: Soul, Self, Strategy, and Skill.

Soul

‍What keeps you connected to the mission and to yourself as you lead? We pay attention to what gives you energy, what drains it, and what helps you stay grounded as the business grows and changes. We look at what keeps your fire lit, what pulls you off course, and how you want to lead without burning yourself out. If your leadership costs you too much, the business will pay for it.

Self

‍What makes you you as a leader? We’ll take a compassionate and curious approach to understanding who you are and how you work best. We’ll explore your strengths and gifts, and how to use them more deliberately. We’ll look at what parts of you show up in your business and leadership, and what parts you push down, sideline, or try to get rid of. We’ll get curious about how your mind works, and how to work with it instead of against it. We’ll uncover the blind spots, fears, and unconscious patterns that slow you down, and clarify the motivations that drive you.

Strategy

‍‍What needs to change for the business or organization to perform at the next level? We focus on the decisions, priorities, and direction that match your goals and the business you are growing. I’m not here to give you a map. Instead, we’ll work together to develop your own, testing and implementing different approaches along the way.

Skills

‍What do you already know how to do, and what will this next phase require that you have not had to build yet? We focus on the concrete leadership and communication skills that determine how decisions get made, how conflict gets handled, and how accountability works in practice. Some of that work happens directly with me. Some of it may require other teachers, tools, or support, and I’ll help you be thoughtful about where to build what.

Is this you?

You’ve gotten very good at being the one who catches what others miss, smooths what could get messy, and keeps things moving when the system breaks down. That has served you well. It is part of why you are where you are.

Now it’s costing you.

Too much still runs through you. You have to think about things other people should own. You can feel how quickly you slip into overpreparing, overgiving, proving, or managing around problems instead of addressing them directly.

You know this does not scale.

What is it like to work with me?

It’s important to me that my clients feel safe to tell me how they really think and feel. We can work with the part of you that wants to impress me, the part that wants to defend itself, and the part that is tired of holding everything together.

I’ll be curious and compassionate, but I’ll also call you on your BS stories. I’ll tell you truths that no one else does. I’ll ask the questions others are avoiding. I’ll challenge you to think creatively, and I’ll push when I think you’re hiding, shrinking, or staying too close to what’s familiar.

I don’t work with everyone. I screen carefully for fit, because this kind of work only works when there is honesty, trust, and a real willingness to look at what you’re doing, hear what you may not want to hear, and try something different.

Dr. Erin possesses the professional and interpersonal skills to create authentic rapport and connection with clients. Their grounding in IFS feels like the jackpot in the coaching world. Clients benefit not just professionally, but personally from working with Erin.

Johanna, Psychotherapist

Through working with Erin, I’ve changed from someone who anxiously lived in his head all the time to someone who is able to be present with himself and others. I learned how to let go of needing to be right, stop rehearsing everything, and show up without my armor.

How will we work together?

My coaching is not for everyone. I work with only a handful of 1:1 clients at a time. My minimum agreement is six months, but many clients work with me for a year or more. Our time together is high-touch and highly tailored to you and your specific goals.

Fees range from $8k to $28k, depending on scope and structure.

You will invest more than money. This work takes commitment, energy, patience, humor, a sense of play, and a willingness to break some rules.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “Yep. This is me,” let’s talk.
